This page is a product-development placeholder and is not an enacted privacy policy. Before the pilot handles real client data, TripTended will publish terms that describe the data collected, how travel files and AI processing are handled, retention, deletion, subprocessors, and the rights available to users.

Current product boundary

The planned MVP stores advisor account details, clients, trips, uploaded source files, extracted drafts, decisions, evidence, tasks, and audit history. It is not designed to store card numbers. Sensitive traveler documents are outside the initial scope.
